HOW TO ORDER

Ordering at Eastwind Import website is easy! Just be careful about one thing: We have different shipping charges for US Customers and Non-US Customers. Non-US customers include those who live in Canada and Mexico.

Use the navigation bars on the left side to browse the CDs you are interested: You can navigate yourself by label, artist or special formats (XRCDs, SACD). If you see something interesting on one of these project category pages, click the "Details" link or the picture of the CD to go to the Album Details page.

You can read the detailed information of the album including performing artists and song selections, and listen to sample sound files. When you decide to purchase the item, click the Add to Cart link that says "US Customers" or "Non-US Customers depending on where you live.

If your shipping address is in the United States, click "US Customers." If your shipping address is anywhere other than the United States, including Canada and Mexico, click "Non-US Customers." It is important that you click the correct link because we have different shipping charges for the US and other countries.

A new window for PayPal shopping cart will open. Please check what is in your shopping cart and that correct shipping charges were applied. If you want to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping" button and you'll be back at our site.

If you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout" button. All our transactions go through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, great. But if you don't, don't worry! You can simply use your credit card and PayPal will take care of the rest! There is NO additional fee for you for using a credit card, either.

All of our CD ship from California, USA, using United States Postal Services. If you live in the US, products will ship via USPS First Class, Priority or Media mail. The most economical way is selected depending on the number of CDs in an order. If you live abroad, your CDs will ship via USPS Priority or regular Airmail. Please note that we will NOT ship Japanese CDs to Japan, where these CDs are available through other channels. We will, however, ship CDs from Americal labels (Straight Ahead and BluePort) to Japan.


Shipping and handling charges for US customers

$4.00 for the first CD
+$1.25 for each additional CD

If you live in California, state sales tax 7.75% will be applied to the total purchase price of the CDs (not shipping & handling).


Shipping and handling charges for Non-US customers including Canada

$9.50 for the first CD
+$1.50 for each additional CD


If you don't want to or can't use PayPal...

We accept the following forms of payment:

• USPS money order (US customers only)
• cashier's check (US customers only)
• personal check (US customers only)
• Western Union (US and International)
• international postal money order in US$ (International)

First, please send us an email to let us know which CDs you want. For processing these payments, an additional fee of US$3 is applied per transaction. We will send you an email telling you the total amount (including shpping & payment processing fees) and send the CDs after the payment is received and properly cashed.
